Billy Bray has been a part of the insurance industry since 2007. After attending Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, he became a sales producer for State Farm & All State Insurance Companies between 2007 and 2010, where he was a consistent top-performing producer in the Texas and Louisiana markets. It was at that time that Billy began to develop and nurture his passion for helping people get better insurance.

Propelled by his stellar performance as a sales producer, Billy became the Vice President of Property & Casualty at Wells Fargo, where he helped various clients manage costs and risk associated with doing business. In 2017, he joined Alliant Insurance Services also as a Vice President, this time focusing on developing insurance solutions for large-to-mid sized clients with domestic and international operations.

In 2020, Billy founded Outsourced Risk Managers. Outsourced Risk Managers is an insurance brokerage firm that advocates for companies, and assists them in obtaining better insurance coverage, taking Billy’s career back full circle to his first love—getting people the insurance coverage they deserve.
